Here's the first post Hotels near Singapore Airport of use for the gazillion people who visit the land of the Merlion every year, and particularly interesting if you're headed there in September for their brilliant Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend (check dates) .
As you see from the pic below there's a train rail transfer option for getting to and from Singapore Airport to central downtown Singapore. You'll find there links to the MRT Rail / Train Singapore Rapid Transit Website and info on some nice city travel iPhone apps from iTunes. As I mention there I'm looking for pics of airport signs (road signs particularly) and I'm also gearing up for a new series of articles for my gift idea store blog on travel souvenir gifts of the globe, so if you've got any input on the best souvenirs from anywhere on the planet, please let me know.
